What is the difference between Holistic Core and Holistic Advanced?

From baseline to deeper insight: Comparing our two health checks

Updated over a week ago

Both health checks give a broad view of health through blood biomarkers. The main difference is how deep the analysis goes.

Holistic Core

Holistic Core provides a solid overall health overview.

It covers key areas such as heart risk, blood sugar, inflammation, liver, kidneys and basic thyroid function. This is often sufficient to check whether the body looks generally healthy and to detect early risk signs.

Holistic Advanced

Holistic Advanced builds on Core and goes deeper.

It adds detailed vitamin and mineral levels, fatty acids (including Omega-3), additional thyroid markers, the stress hormone cortisol, more detailed kidney markers and long-term risk markers such as homocysteine.

This gives more insight into nutrition status, stress, recovery and longer-term health risks.

Holistic Core is suited for a structured health baseline.

Holistic Advanced provides deeper insight and more opportunities for optimization.
