How do I request to have my account deleted from Aware?

We understand you may no longer need your Aware account. While we'd be sad to see you go, we appreciate you letting us know.

Here's how to delete your account:

  1. Open the Aware app on your device.

  2. Navigate to the Help section (Profile > Help > Support & FAQ ) and contact Support

    or send an email to support@aware.app

  3. Briefly mention that you'd like to request deletion of your account.

Sharing why you're deleting your account helps us improve Aware for future users, and we'd definitely appreciate it.

Important Note:
Please note that once actioned, deletion is irreversible. If you've taken any tests through Aware, download and save your test results before requesting deletion. You will lose access to all your data once the account is deleted.
