Contact our Customer Support Team through the app.
Explain your refund request, providing relevant details.
Please note that refunds are available only to users who cancel their subscription within 14 days of purchase. The eligibility for refunds depends on the circumstances:
If no appointments have taken place, a full refund will be issued.
If an appointment has taken place and blood has been drawn, no refund can be issued.
Refunds are not available for cancellations made after 14 days of purchase.
