How to cancel an appointment

This guide will help you to cancel an appointment you've booked through our mobile app.

Step-by-step guide to cancel your appointment

1) Go to Your Appointment Screen

In the Home Screen, click the To Your Appointment button, in order to reach the screen with your appointment's information.

2) Cancel your appointment

In Your Appointment Screen, click on the Cancel Appointment button to delete your booking.

3) Confirm the deletion

When asked to confirm your willingness to cancel your appointment, click on the Cancel Appointment button.

4) You're all set!

If the appointment is cancelled successfully:

  • You'll receive a few notifications from us to confirm your booking cancellation.

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team by writing to support@aware.app or by reaching out directly through the chat in your Aware app.

    Once your request is processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.

  • You'll be able to book another blood test via the Home Screen whenever you want.
