To modify, please follow these steps:
Cancel your current appointment.
To request a refund, please contact our support team by writing to support@aware.app or by reaching out directly through the chat in your Aware app.
Once your request is processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.
Schedule a new appointment and select the tests you need.
