When can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We recommend you reschedule or cancel your appointment as early as possible so that the time slot becomes available to other customers in advance.

Cancellations should be done before 18:00 the day before your appointment. Alternatively, you can reschedule your appointments at any time at no cost.

What happens in case of a no-show?

If you don't show up to your health check appointment, your appointment will be marked as missed and cannot be refunded.
