This guide will help you to book an appointment for a blood test through our mobile app.

How to book an appointment

With the Aware mobile app, you can book an appointment for a blood test at one of our labs. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to book your appointment.

Step-by-step guide

1) Become an Aware Member

  • Click on the Become a Member button to purchase the Aware Membership

  • Complete the purchase on the checkout page opened

ℹ️ Please note that only Aware Members can purchase and schedule a health check. Skip to Step 2) if you're already an Aware Member.

2) Click on Book an appointment

  • In the Home Screen, click on Book an appointment to start your booking

  • Explore the health checks available and select the one you want to test

3) Explore our Health Checks

  • Explore our Health Checks available by clicking on each one of them

4) Select your Health Check

  • Select your preferred Health Check and click on Select & Continue to book your appointment

5) Select the location of your appointment

  • By clicking on the Select a lab dropdown, you'll be able to select the lab in which you'd like to get tested.

6) Select the date and time of your appointment

  • Click on the day and time you prefer, and then click on the Confirm button to complete your booking.

7) Complete your booking

After you've selected the date and time of your appointment, you'll be left with only two other steps before completing your booking:

  1. Provide additional information: if it's your first blood test at Aware, we will ask you a few additional questions to provide you the best testing experience.

  2. Complete the payment: you can read our Article on the payment methods supported at Aware.

8) You're all set!

If the appointment is booked successfully:

  • You'll receive a few notifications from us to confirm your booking.

  • You'll be able to add the incoming appointment to your calendar.
