How to edit your appointment

This guide will help you to edit an appointment you've booked through our mobile app.

How can I edit my appointment?

1) Go to Your Appointment Screen

In the Home Screen, click the To Your Appointment button, in order to reach the screen with your appointment's information.

2) Edit your appointment

In Your Appointment Screen, click on the Edit Appointment button to edit your booking.

3) Select a new date and time

Pick the day and time that best suits your schedule and then click on the Confirm button.

4) You're all set!

If the appointment is edited successfully:

  • You'll receive a few notifications from us to confirm your changes.

  • You'll be able to add your new appointment to Calendar via the Add to calendar button.
