What happens if I cancel my appointment?

If you're a member and you cancel an appointment for a Long-term Health Check, you won't lose the benefit of that free Long-term Health Check. You can reschedule it at a later date as part of your membership benefits.

If you cancel an appointment in advance for which you paid for additional tests not included in your membership, please contact our customer support at support@aware.app to process your refund. The refund will be reflected in your payment account within 5-10 business days once your bank has finished processing it.
