If you're a member and you cancel an appointment for a Long-term Health Check, you won’t lose the benefit of that free Long-term Health Check. You can reschedule it at a later date as part of your membership benefits.

If you cancel an appointment in advance, we will trigger a refund regardless of your membership status. The refund will be reflected in your payment account once your financial institution has finished processing it.
